So I finally finished playing Chrono Trigger… which means I haven’t been all that productive the past few days. It is definitely one of the all-time greatest RPGs.
- Seemingly innocent things that you do in the past (like eating food lying on the table) affect what happens in the future.
- The story is well written and has a lot of plot twists with ‘holy crap’ moments.
- There is some strategy to the combat system. You can’t mindlessly heal and use your most powerful techniques/spells over and over.
- It has a character named Glenn in it. And that’s a Glenn with two Ns. What more can I say?
