How to have crazy dreams

Here’s one way to increase your chances of having a really crazy dream. Get into the habit of getting good sleep for several days in a row. Go to bed at the same time every day and get enough sleep. A sign that you are well rested is if you don’t remember your dreams. Once you do this for several days, set your alarm clock to wake yourself up an hour early. Wake up, do something for 15 minutes, and then go back to sleep. Disrupting your sleep this way will greatly increase your chances of having some crazy dreams.

If you have the time and inclination, you can Google lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is when you know that you are dreaming and can control your dreams. You can do impossible things in your dreams like flying, having superpowers, etc. Here is one site with tips on achieving lucid dreams:

It worked… but then I got lazy and didn’t work at getting better at lucid dreaming.  Yeah, I am lazy.  But once I learned it, I will have the occaisional lucid dream without having to work at it.
