I think everyone at some point or another has been wronged and then, at least for a short time, fantasized about getting even. Revenge is such a great theme in television because we can root for a character while simultaneously worry for them because they could either get in trouble or turn to the ‘dark side’. Also, because our hero is doing naughty things then you have to create really evil villains to justify why they’re getting targeted.
In Revenge’s latest episode Emily VanCamp takes down the douche from The Wedding Singer.
Remember this guy! You just gotta hate this guy! I wonder what it’s like to be this guy? He always plays a slimy character and he’s not well known enough to remember his name so people will refer to him like I did “That douche from_____”
Anyway Revenge is a rich people intrigue show. It’s fun to see rich people get tricked but this show is fairly forgettable. But it’s on a Wednesday and nothing is on Wednesdays.
